Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our marketplace. This statement describes how this website meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the national laws implementing it.
Standard
We design and test the website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, which the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 refers to.
How we check
- Before each release, the main pages (home, search results, product page) are checked automatically with axe.
- We check by hand that all functions can be used with the keyboard alone, that form fields have labels and understandable error messages, and that text has sufficient contrast.
Known limitations
- The map on the pickup points page is not accessible with a screen reader. The same pickup points are always listed as text next to the map.
- Product texts and images come from the merchants. Some images may lack a text description, and some texts are machine-translated. Machine translations are marked, and the original text can be shown.
Feedback and contact
If you come across a barrier, please write to [support@example.com] and describe the page and the problem. We will reply as soon as possible.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the market surveillance authority responsible for accessibility in the country where we are established: [market surveillance authority].
