Report an unsafe product

If you think a product on our marketplace is unsafe, open the product page, choose "Report this product" and select "Product safety" as the reason. You do not need an account. We handle product safety reports within three working days. You can also write to [safety@example.com].

Recalls and safety warnings

Current recalls and safety warnings for products sold on our marketplace are published on the "Product recalls" page. If you have already picked up a product that is recalled, we also inform you by email.

Safety information on product pages

Every product page shows the manufacturer with postal and electronic address, the responsible person in the EU if the manufacturer is established outside the EU, the product type or model, and the warnings and safety information provided by the merchant. Warnings may be shown in the language of the country of the pickup point; machine translations are marked and the original text is authoritative.
